What is so healthy about the spray of the Krimml Waterfalls? The exceptionally fine spray mist (aerosol in the nano range) leads to the improvement of all symptoms of allergic asthma by simple inhalation. The effect lasted up to four months during the study. The special microclimate around the waterfalls improves and strengthens the immune system. The longer the inhalation therapy, the more effective it is. Therefore, the ideal length of stay is 14 or 21 days. Should you not be able to take the time off, a short therapy for 7 days is also offered.

We have low-allergen rooms with an extremely low (<20ľg/m3) indoor fine dust load. The staff and the kitchen are specially trained to meet the wishes and needs of allergy sufferers and asthmatics. In order to bring the stressed immune system back into balance with a natural aerosol inhalation therapy, a stay of 14 or 21 days is recommended. If your time does not allow it, we also offer a therapy package for one week.
At Alpengasthof Filzstein, the use of the wellness oasis is included in the room rate. After skiing in winter, hiking or mountain biking in the summer, it is simply good to enjoy warmth and tranquillity and to stimulate tired muscles with a massage!
